Jupiter and Flareon

A finished illustration of Jupiter and her best friend, Flareon. These two are always there for each other through good times and bad.

I'm happy with how this turned out -- the bubbles (with pink and green gradations) and bright stars (using orange and blue gradations set to the Screen blending mode) give this illustration a "shoujo" touch.

Technique:

Inks - Manga Studio EX 4 and Corel Painter 11

Coloring - Adobe Photoshop CS3 for flatting and watercolor paper texture; Corel Painter 11 for shading and blending
